All the permit procedures as well property contracts and transfer of ownership can be handle by our office using a written authorization provided by the owner which has been certified by the Greek consulate located in his place of residence. This means that the owner does not necessarily need to be physically present throughout the entire process. However, the Greek government requires the owner to present him/herself within a period of 6 months, after the submission of the permit application form, for fingerprint and bio metric scans.
